This creatively nimble, full-service agency possesses major credentials on integrated and strategic campaigns for some of the biggest fashion and beauty brands on the market. The GAD should be a strategic leader who demonstrates skills in relationship building and management, mentorship, business development, production, negotiation and communication. You should demonstrate, by example, how a successful team works collaboratively by building and maintaining an inclusive, positive team attitude. You will be in the trenches, responsible for helping to shape the strategic development of the New York office and for driving the overall Account team vision. Finessing internal and client relationships, you will build out key account strategies, schedule and allocate projects, assess resources, assist in new business generation, possess financial accountability, and ensure clear and effective communication. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on the fashion/retail, beauty, hospitality, spirits and CPG sectors, a love of the September issue and previous category experience is ideal. You must be well-rounded and savvy with the production process, from web and tv to print and in-store. Digital know-how is a major plus, though tweeting that you spilled coffee on your Dolce doesn’t count. Prior agency/marketing experience is a must-have.
