This person is capable of exceptionally ascertaining a client’s real needs, which may be different from their perceptions. Equally poised in tough strategic debates with Creative, Strategy and key clients, you’re the point-person to develop clear and inspiring communications strategies that define what is said as the brand and how the brand acts.  You should be brand-loving and relationship-building with a track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking and maintaining composure in stressful situations.  You understand the marriage of Media and Strategy, and are guided by genuine insight not just data dumps.  An effective and inspiring manager, delegator and leader, you help make junior staff better, while challenging and educating senior teammates on trends in Media. Client list includes some of the most recognized and well-respected brands in the world.  For this position, you’ll be partnering with a sports brand and a luxury e-comm retailer. Please have an integrated background as you’ll be split 50/50 between digital and traditional initiatives. 7+ years experience; creative agency experience preferred.
