Have what it takes to work for a family-friendly, iconic American brand?

A hardworking, personable bunch, this laid back shop generates big work for innovative brands; all with minimal bureaucracy and a family feel. A small enough agency to run a tight ship, but big enough to boast a diverse group of creative thinkers and makers. The rules: collaborate well with clients, strive to improve daily, make work that is simple, memorable, and beautiful. This is an office where music is always playing, dogs are part of the culture, patio BBQs are the norm, and excessive imagination is a must. They believe that every great relationship starts with a single job and grows over time with consistent care, hard work, and at least a little fun. A full-service creative agency, they’ve tackled everything from multi-channel campaign creation, to complex site and app builds, to fashion shoots and retouching. They like a good challenge, and have the creative resources to meet them.

Seeking a positive-minded, mid-level Art Director to add to the fold. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who are passionate about their work and have a solid understanding of production process and awareness of the ever-changing design space.  Fascinated, inspired and enthusiastically challenged by the evolving digital landscape, you are interweb savvy, immersed in social and stay abreast of trends. You’ll be responsible for adapting and conceptualizing brand ideas and designing for digital channels as well as traditional print, DM, OOH and beyond. A detail-oriented Art Director, you should posses a classical design sense and strong typography skills as you’ll be crafting clean, beautiful brand visuals. Mastery at using Adobe CS, as well as your thinking cap, is a must.  Working closely with Copywriters and Producers, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on the Disney account, an active imagination and a belief in the magic of pixie dust would be ideal but open to any category assuming your work is top-notch. 3+ years of super hero design experience is preferred; agency experience required.

Seeking a thoughtful and flexible Copy Director to help creatively communicate the core truth of quality brands. Not just a wordsmith, you bring copy to life as you exude a passion for language in every creative realm. You’ll craft briefs, decks, manifestos, content, emails, the occasional tagline and beyond.  The Copy position is a great way to make an impact, creatively produce from concept thru execution, and help implement strategic vision. Participation in creative internals, as well as client presentations should demonstrate confidence and the intelligence, wit and heart to make complex ideas understandable, relatable and deeply relevant. This is a highly collaborative position; sharing and expressing ideas, as well as clearly articulating them is a must.  The ability to play nicely with others is important for success. You can lead a team, lead a project and lead a horse to water convincing it that it’s the best water in the category. You’ll be working on the magic that is the Disney brand, so that’s some easy Kool Aid to drink.

You are a verbal gymnast, energetic, fun, and a team player.  You also have an overly-developed conceptual lobe that loves solving problems in unique ways, experience and confidence presenting your brilliant work, the ability to thrive on tight deadlines and the flexibility to bend with change, and an enthusiasm for collaboration and the belief that ideas blossom when shared. Oh, and please, have a life outside of work!
