What you’ll do:

-Motivate the PM and broader agency team by displaying a high level of respect, accountability and command for timelines, process and resource management across the agency

-Partnering with the CCO, ECD’s, Managing Director, and account management team, utilize a holistic view of the departments to offer guidance and recommendations on staff allocations

-Identify opportunities for workflow enhancement and embark on ways to refresh and share best practices across teams

-Assign and align resource needs with staff availability, strengths and developmental needs to maintain project and staff efficiency across multiple teams

-Participate in SOW creation process with Account Directors

-Monthly monitoring of agency hours to track burn across accounts, partnering with Account Directors to manage

-Assume accountability for the training and mentoring of PM staff, even those outside your brand assignment

-Project Manage key priority clients for the agency, while keeping track of other smaller projects working in tandem with other PM’s and Account Management team

-Integrate with other Senior leaders across departments to further the success of the Agency

-10+ years of project management experience within the advertising industry across multichannel media projects

-Experience managing and mentoring with a proven track record of hiring and developing staff

-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations
