With a focus on fashion/luxury/beauty, this expanding global ad agency is seeking a polished Account team leader to help foster growth, innovation, and superior client satisfaction. This well-established, full-service agency, communications shop and production house possesses major credentials on integrated and strategic campaigns for some of the biggest fashion and beauty brands on the market. In partnership with the Managing Director, the Head of Client Services will be responsible for shaping the strategic development of the New York office and driving the overall Account team vision. Finessing internal and client relationships, you will build out key account strategies, schedule and allocate projects, assess resources, assist in new business generation, possess financial accountability, and ensure clear and effective communication. Considering the bulk of your attention will be on retail fashion/beauty/luxury accounts, a love of the September issue and previous category experience is ideal. You must be savvy with the production process, from web and e-comm to print and in-store. Digital know-how is a major plus, though tweeting that you spilled coffee on your Dolce doesn’t count.
