Well-established, global business-to-business advertising agency seeks a Digital Media Planner & Buyer to join their ranks.  This high-energy, collaborative team of creative, interactive, media and account managers are focused on delivering truly integrated and interactive global communication services for premier clients in the financial, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing/industrial arenas.

You’ll be the point person for all digital media buys, developing and optimizing complex digital plans and helping to streamline online buying and planning capabilities and procedures within the agency, including managing agency relationships with online vendors and media partners.  Liaising with creative, production and account teams, you’ll ensure efficiency and consistency across the digital advertising landscape, including banners, email, rich media, search marketing, mobile, social and more.

On the technical side, you’ll manage and monitor campaign activity and analytics, employ DART for trafficking and utilize ad servers such as DoubleClick.  Experience with research tools and additional understanding of delivery techniques would be helpful- Day Parting, Geo Targeting, Demographic Targeting, Psychographic Targeting, Contextual Targeting, Behavioral Targeting, Campaign Re-Targeting.  Please have a working knowledge of first party ad serving, real time brokering, retargeting, audience segmentation, conversion architecture, site side optimization.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of digital media experience; an understanding of B2B and client issues is strongly desired.
