As a strategic partner, this shop plugs into creative agencies and brands as an experiential and promotional resource for the world’s greatest brands.  As such, you should have a strong level of strategic, financial, and creative thinking chops. From brief to wrap, you’ll support clients with production strategy, creative execution, global event management, and ground execution. In-house, the Associate Producer is primarily responsible for supporting the Group Director and Production Pod by:

  • Managing the development/production of experiences, promotions, contests, partnerships, etc.
  • Successfully negotiating costs, partnerships, and tie-in partners
  • Directing and tracking the status of all project deliverables in an effort to meet or exceed deadlines
  • Possessing a keen sense of detail and attention to quality of client-facing documents, presentations and various reports
  • Designing and managing project budgets, deadlines, invoices, estimates, purchase requests and billing
  • Developing and maintaining positive and respectful client, vendor and external agency relationships
  • Producing status reports and conveying corrective measures to changes in scope to clients
  • Setting goals and engaging communication between entire internal team

Ideal candidates are:

  • Experienced in lighting, sound and video setup
  • Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with travel and weekend work producing events
  • 4+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years of agency experience

As such, you should expect to deliver at the highest quality with passion and accuracy. From brief to wrap, you’ll support internal teams by:

  • Possessing a keen sense of detail and attention to quality of client-facing documents, presentations and various reports
  • Directing and tracking project budgets, deadlines, invoices, estimates, purchase requests and billing
  • Developing and maintaining positive and respectful client, vendor and external agency relationships
  • Managing the flow of all new business pitches
  • Creating and managing work back calendars to help organize internal process
  • Maintaining and managing weekly production meetings
  • Maintaining the Board in the office outlining current projects
  • Maintaining Google calendar outlining travel dates for all dates for work
  • Keeping organized files of all projects coming in and out including team assignments, briefing materials, final decks and deliverables, schedules, and more
  • Setting calls with clients for check-ins/presentations; setting internal check-ins to ensure on-time delivery of presentations
  • Engaging communication between entire internal team

Ideal candidates:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop helpful
  • Comfortable with travel and weekend work producing events
  • 1+ years of relevant experience; agency experience preferred
