Internationally recognized luxury retailer seeks a temp-to-perm Integrated Production Artist for their in-house Advertising and Production team.  A laid back perfectionist, you’ll be responsible for the creation of print mechanicals, creating digital banner ads, emails, evites, and the execution of prepress functions.  You’ll ensure quality control and help manage the workflow of print projects (catalogues, direct mail, collateral, PR, ads) from inception through final production in support of strategic brand initiatives.  Considering your focus will be on a luxury account, a flair for the affluent and previous category experience in fashion/luxury/beauty/retail would be ideal.  A creative eye with strong knowledge of typography, color theory and layout composition required.  Please be personable, poised, resourceful and detail-oriented.  2-4 years of experience as a Production Artist with proven Adobe CS5 capabilities.

Internationally recognized luxury retailer seeks a poised and polished Administrative Assistant for their in-house team.  Pro-active and diplomatic, you’ll provide direct assistance to the global Design Director.  Daily duties include C-suite interaction, serving as executive gatekeeper, NYC trend spotting (restaurants, events, etc), travel arrangements, filing, creating spread sheets, copying, handling deliveries, and coordinating conference rooms and departmental functions, etc. Considering the focus of the company is luxury products, a polished style and previous category experience in fashion/luxury/beauty/retail is ideal.  Please be personable, resourceful and detail-oriented. Prior admin, marketing/production, or fashion styling experience is preferred.  Proficiency with computer programs (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected; knowledge of design programs is a plus.  Open to full-time and/or temp-to-perm candidates.
