At critical inflection points, the agency works with clients to align brand strategy with business strategy—creating stories and experiences to engage customers, influence prospects, rally employees, inspire investors and build communities.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Assisting in management of projects including brand strategy, visual brand development, marketing, advertising, digital/web projects
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure fluid communication and completion of projects on time and on budget
  • With oversight by senior program management team members, developing detailed project plans
  • Updating project status reports and GANTT charts
  • Supporting teams with ad hoc requests including review/proofreading of documents and coordination of meetings
  • Preparing for meetings (handouts, large format printing, set up of equipment, catering, etc.

What we expect…

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in account or project management, ideally at a branding or marketing agency

What you’ll be doing…

Account and Project Management

  • Serve as a primary client liaison and strategic partner with multiple clients to efficiently facilitate projects
  • Lead multi-pronged, medium-large client engagements, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Oversee standard start-up procedures (secure job numbers, prepare working group lists, schedule interviews, etc.)
  • Generate, communicate and manage production schedules
  • Facilitate all aspects of our client engagements including brand strategy, visual brand development, marketing, advertising, digital/web projects
  • Maintain client loyalty through proactive relationship management

Financial Management

  • Efficiently organize and monitor the on-going management of costs (from developing estimates through tracking actuals), securing the appropriate client authorization throughout the course of the project
  • Secure estimates from and negotiate with outside suppliers to ensure competitive prices
  • Work closely with Controller to manage payment schedules and review pre-bill for clients

New Business Development

  • Engage in broad-based branding discussions with clients to become trusted counselor, and in so doing, identify further opportunities for mutually beneficial growth of relationship
  • Actively mine existing accounts for new business opportunities and referrals.
  • Provide input on process, budget and schedule for proposals.

What we expect…

  • Minimum 6-8 years experience working in account or project management role at a Branding, Marketing or Advertising Agency or a related position i.e. Branding/Marketing in a Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, or Professional Services firm
  • Outgoing, engaging personality; great attitude and team player
  • Must be an excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing proposals and presentations and speaking in front of small groups
  • Must be a self starter and nimble multi-tasker; very detail-oriented

The Integrated Producer has 3 primary roles:

Account Management: This client-facing role requires effective and professional communication between the client and agency team.  Being a highly connected liaison between client and creative team is a must, as well as being able to interpret and communicate strategic and tactical feedback. Maintaining status reports, scheduling and leading conference calls, presentation preparation, post-presentation follow-ups, etc. are just some of the daily, routine tasks. Experience in agency account management (or similar client-facing roles) is a plus; please be able to maintain and grow client relationships through excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem solving.

Project Management: Using a PM system for creating and maintaining project schedules, OOP estimates, resource allocation, checking for quality control, tracking brand style updates across many projects, and keeping internal teams on-task to meet schedules. Proactive at managing expectations of Production, Creative, Strategic and Account teams, as well as Client teams.

Producer: Experience as a producer in the traditional sense in a variety of tactical mediums is essential. Creative feasibility and budget awareness are also primary responsibilities. Experienced with creating budgets and tracking costs, and successful at delivering projects on time, to spec and within budget.

The Integrated Producer manages Print and Digital projects for new and existing clients. They are responsible for the work from creative concept development thru final production. High-volume experience including, email, print and digital initiatives is mandatory. Having an overall understanding of 360-degree production is important, as many projects often contain several deliverables of varying media types. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience as an Integrated Producer.  You should collaborate effortlessly, self-manage, and partner well with others.
