Global advertising agency with a family-style environment is seeking a seasoned specialist in the areas of brand content, brand publishing and social marketing; someone who wants to weave content-led, trans-media narratives. Known as a business communications specialist, this shop works with top-tier clients in the financial, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing/industrial arenas. While previous experience in these categories is helpful, a genuine interest in these ever-changing industries is just as valuable; as is a curiosity for exploring the B2B space. You will lead the Social Media team day-to-day; ideal candidates will have experience developing, implementing, and measuring digital communications strategies including social technologies, mobile devices/platforms and websites, as well as traditional advertising efforts across all clients. You’ll supervise Community Managers (on-site and remotely) and identify influencers through social monitoring and custom analysis tools such as Crimson Hexagon and Hoot Suite, while distilling big data into actionable communications insights. Please have familiarity designing, developing and syndicating, aggregating and federating brand content with a proven ability to use myriad forms of content to reveal various aspects of a brand’s narrative to relevant audiences. You will be expected to be a Social Media Evangelist, who is able to help lead and educate the agency. Due to the close collaboration between the Social Media and the Creative department, you’ll report into the Chief Creative Officer. 6+ yrs exp in advertising/digital/PR/media.
