The Account Supervisor is responsible for overall agency service and activities on one or more accounts, as well as daily supervision of junior staff. The AS will also work towards building strong, lasting client relationships based on progress in achieving the clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency – resulting in profit for the agency. You are alert and aware of opportunities to grow accounts, able to provide clients with unsolicited, team-generated ideas on improving their business. You assume a leadership role in the preparation/execution of client meetings and effectively manage the production process, ensuring the utilization of appropriate agency departments. Please have 5+ years of agency/communications experience that provides an understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, PR, research, agency finance, etc.
