We’re seeking several savvy Account Management team players to join an in-house Creative Services group, establishing, facilitating and maintaining workflow and communication between Creative and all other contributing departments, overseeing the development, production and delivery of an integrated range of projects – print, digital, video, social media, experiential, promotions, retail, collateral, etc. The digital, marketing and communications/PR teams support the company at various levels: in global and regional, corporate and brand functions. From shaping, enhancing and preserving the brand’s equity to contributing local execution to a brand strategy, to bringing valuable consumer insights to all brands, employing best-in-class practices that strengthen the company’s position as a global leader in Beauty. Staying close to consumers is critical to success, and their expertise spans from consumer insights and CRM to local relevancy and local brand marketing — including visual merchandising, product marketing and special events and promotions. As shopping habits and social media converge, and as digital commerce becomes increasingly important, their digital capabilities and insights are helping to create a seamless omnichannel experience to capture new opportunities.
YOU should be a motivated self-starter who can take a macro level view while managing the details of the nitty-gritty. Our Account team serves in a hybrid function that requires strong Project Management capabilities while servicing the internal client and any of our external partners. We are ideally seeking candidates with previous advertising Account Management experience; an integrated production background is also a plus, as you’ll touch on projects across a variety of creative channels. You’ll take ownership of projects and seamlessly follow through from inception to execution. Pro-active and flexible, you can adapt to the personalities of a large global team and provide support where needed. Beauty, luxury, lifestyle or other image-based brand experience required.
